This wonderful family had a home in the Bay Area which they were outgrowing as their boys got older. Instead of cutting into back yard space, we were able to expand onto the side yard to increase the size of the existing bedrooms and bathroom while also adding another bathroom. We added approximately 320 square feet which dramatically changed the openness and usable space. They now have an upgraded master bathroom with steam shower, a large walk in master closet, a new Jack and Jill bathroom, larger bedrooms and more storage. They are now more comfortable in their beautiful home.
