This wonderful family was wanting more space for their 4 growing boys and thankfully we could get that done before COVID shutdowns started. With the help of our architect, we were able to get to use the side yard and add an additional 600+ square feet. In the space we added a bedroom, bathroom, and a large bonus room.
Even with unexpected delays due to the city I was able complete project in its entirety, on budget and ahead of schedule with total build time under 4 months. From the confines of her newly expanded home, this school teacher was able to comfortably teach her class online and help her 4 children with school.
