This home had a cracked driveway, no access to rear storage shed, and a large wooden deck that was in poor condition. Additionally, the concrete had settled creating water pooling during rain and allowing water to get under the foundation of the home attracting termites. I removed all the old and rotten wood, graded and leveled all the dirt surrounding the home and then prepared for new walkways, new patio and a new driveway. To strengthen our work and give our customers an advantage, I made sure plenty of rebar was laid and hand tied each joint with wire on 24” centers. For a beautiful aesthetic, the driveway, patio and the walkways were completed in dyed concrete color with a stamped finish and a contrasting border. With our care during installation, the concrete at this home should last a lifetime. I love doing quality work.
